How long will it take for my gown to come in once it is ordered?

It can take 6 to 9 months for a gown to be made, shipped and received at the store. If you have custom changes, pattern changes or special bead work done to your gown it could take longer.

Are there options for shorter timelines to order a gown?

Absolutely, many designers have gowns that are already in the production stage. Your stylist can contact the designer to see what styles are available for faster delivery dates. Rush cuts are also an option to receive a gown in a shorter period of time. Our stylist are prepared to assist you with any situation you may have to get you the perfect gown in time for your wedding day.

If my gown comes in close to my wedding date will I have time for alterations?

Yes, our expert seamstresses are always available for quick turnarounds.

How does my gown get pressed or steamed for my wedding day?

We do all of that for you! After you have your last fitting with your seamstress your gown will be steamed, put on a bust form with tissue paper in preparation for your wedding day.

I live out of town and will not have my gown altered at your store. Will you ship my gown to me?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the USA.
