Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates that we receive directly from designers of when your dress will ship, not when it will arrive. For your own peace of mind and our ability to service all of our brides promptly, please allow 3-4 days past this date for it to arrive in our store. Our team will contact you for a time to try on your gown. If you see that your gown has arrived and you have not yet been contacted, feel free to user our appointment page to schedule an appointment.
Alterations
Most gowns need alterations for the perfect fit. Alterations are not included in the purchase price of your gown but will be quoted to you at the time of your first fitting. Alterations may not be started on your gown until it has been paid in full.
Payments
Brides- All payments should be reflected for your wedding party. All purchases must have a minimum 50% deposit before an order can be placed. All tuxedo rentals must have a $50 deposit before order can be placed. If you see that these payments have not been made, that means your order has not been placed. Please follow up with your wedding party to arrange for measurements/payments.
Wedding Party- You will be able to view the information for your own purchase only.
