Mothers and grandmothers are often so busy making arrangements and assisting their daughters or sons in wedding preparation that they postpone shopping for their own wedding attire.

Mothers often tell us they don’t want to wear a “frumpy” dress. And we don’t want you to either! Our gowns are youthful, stylish and elegant – never frumpy! Later on, when you look at the wedding pictures, you’ll see yourself looking as happy and beautiful as you felt on the wedding day.
Select your gown
Before you choose your gown, ask yourself a few questions, such as:
- Will there be a dance after the wedding?
- Will the reception be informal?
- What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Many factors play a part in your decision of what to wear. Our consultants will listen to the wedding plans and guide you to the right styles for the event and your body type. Because elegant evening wear and special occasion dressing is one of our passions, you’ll find a gown, stole, shoes, jewelry – whatever you need to be the well-dressed mother of the bride or groom.
Customize your gown
We work with our designers to make your dress stand out, while not outshining the bride. Our gowns are made of lush fabrics:

- Sophisticated satin
Adornments include beading, crystals and brooches. You can also accent your gown with custom jewelry to make you look as fabulous as you feel.
Timeline
4-6 months before –
- Order mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses.
Gowns for mothers of the bride and groom normally take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery once ordered. We also carry an extensive collection of mothers’ gowns in stock. Our designers will also work with us on rush orders.
